Comfort level is decent. About 7.75 inches wide. The other gel model is 8 inches wide. The rubber suspension is pretty good, definately works. However after trying the schwinn ultra comfort seat(model year 2009) 10 inches wide I returned this one… After trying various models I have to say nothing beats size.

Got this seat to replace schwinn stock seat. I think the stock seat was more comfortable! Dont waste your money! Im still searching for a comfortable alternative.
